What is the Return Policy?
A fabric once cut, cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is some major visible defect. We advise our customers to make a small video while opening the package and find a defect instantly.
Normally we check all the fabrics before shipping, so we have not faced such issues till now.
Do the fabrics have guarantees?
Unfortunately fashion fabrics these days have delicate works, we don't get any guarantees from the manufacturing segment. Hence we can't forward that to our customers. Rest assured, we have a tie up with best manufacturers in the world and we try to source only quality fabrics. ThatĀ is a standard policy across India with all fabric stores.
Do we have COD?
No, we do not have Cash On Delivery option. Fabric is cut as per customer needs and there can be a lot of wastage if we start taking returns. Hence we cannot incorporate this option. Piece items (which are not cut) can be returned and we will happily provide a refund, but we don't have COD for that.
