At Fabricroot, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing
We start processing your order as soon as we receive payment confirmation.
For customized or made-to-order items, processing may take longer. We’ll keep you informed throughout.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and order weight.
The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.
4. Delivery Timelines
Orders are usually delivered within 4 to 10 business days.
Customized or made-to-order items may take longer to arrive.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number by email.
You can use this to monitor your delivery in real-time.
6. Shipping Confirmation
A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order is dispatched, including tracking details and estimated delivery date.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will usually attempt delivery more than once.
If they’re unable to deliver, they may leave a note or contact you for further instructions.
8. Damaged or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.

Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Every product goes through a strict quality check before it’s packed and shipped.
10. Reverse Pickup (For Eligible Returns)
We offer free reverse pickup for returns due to genuine defects or damages.
Pickup will usually be arranged within 3–5 working days.
11. Refund Process
Refunds (for eligible returns or unavailable items) are processed within 15–25 working days after we receive the returned product.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
12. Replacement Orders
Replacements, if applicable, are shipped within the standard delivery timelines.
13. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address at the time of placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address causes delivery failure, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
14. Undelivered Orders
If a package is undeliverable, we will reach out to confirm updated address details.
15. Uncontrollable Delays
Delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or courier issues are beyond our control. We’ll do our best to keep you updated if this happens.
16. Partial Shipments
If an item in your order goes out of stock, we will ship the available products and refund the remaining amount.
Please note: Available items in a partially fulfilled order cannot be cancelled or returned due to the rest being unavailable.
