But in some rare cases when the customer is not satisfied (i) because of some defect in the fabric (ii) because of the delivery of some wrong fabric, we do have a Refund & Return/ Exchange Policy

     A) When Product is Defective or Damaged

  • FabricRoot takes complete responsibility for any defective or damaged product delivered to the customer. Once the verification is done, a complete refund of the amount paid by the customer would be issued in 5-7 working days.
  • It’s necessary for the customer to make a video while opening the package; it’s required for the verification of any kind of defect or damage.
  • The verification process would complete once we receive the product.
  • Any kind of refund or replacement request won’t be accepted after 48 hours of delivery

     1) COVERED under defect or damage

  • The fabric is torn and not usable.
  • The fabric is loosely woven or damaged and torn in some areas. 

     2) NOT COVERED under defect or damage

  • A slight color difference won’t be considered as a defect or damage because every digital screen produces colors slightly differently.
  • Although we bring fabrics from the best manufacturers, in case the fabric bleeds after few washes, it won’t be considered as a defect of damage.
  • A fabric won’t be considered for refund or replacement if any kind of alteration has been made to it.

What is the Return Policy?
A fabric once cut, cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is some major visible defect. We advise our customers to make a small video while opening the package and find a defect instantly.
Normally we check all the fabrics before shipping, so we have not faced such issues till now.
Do the fabrics have guarantees?
Unfortunately fashion fabrics these days have delicate works, we don't get any guarantees from the manufacturing segment. Hence we can't forward that to our customers. Rest assured, we have a tie up with best manufacturers in the world and we try to source only quality fabrics. That  is a standard policy across India with all fabric stores.
Do we have COD?
Yes, we have Partial Cash On Delivery option. We charge 20% upfront and the balance you can pay at the time of delivery. This is because fabric is cut as per customer needs and there can be a lot of wastage if we start getting returns. Charging 20% upfront is just an assurance that the parcel will be received and not sent back.
What is the best fabric for Raksha Bandhan?
Georgette and Cotton Silk suits are perfect for the day function — lightweight and easy to carry. For a more festive look, Chanderi or Banarasi fabric is a great choice with a traditional touch.
Which colors are trending for Raksha Bandhan?
Yellow, orange, and pink are popular festive colors for Rakhi. Printed or Bandhani pattern fabrics are also a great choice for the occasion.
